    She set up otherkind to support organisations wanting to become truly purpose centric, explore more mutual ways of doing business and grow the leaders and cultures necessary to drive such transformation.

    For 25 years he has facilitated, consulted and studied in the field of human potential. He specialises in change, leadership and coaching. He has a grounded style that cuts through corporate speak and invites those he works with to experience more of who they are through their work.

    Andy’s practice draws on the psychology of change, the mindful practice of Ki-Aikido, and is supported by the practical experience of facilitating thousands of learning experiments in organisations over the past twenty five years.
